a manifesto for pragmatic product management

‘New Wave Product’ adapts product management for the ‘tertiary sector’ or service sector.

The focus of the book is non-profit services such as public services, local government, charities, healthcare, and higher. Product operating models are popular in these spaces but product management rarely works ‘as is’ since it’s not designed for essential services run by large, old, complicated organisations often supporting entire nations, including the most vulnerable members of society.

This manifesto for pragmatic product management will help you make a product approach work within complicated services.

“No notes on this, I loved it. i felt very seen.”

— AS, Public Sector Product Leader

“the last book like this i picked up and wanted to finish in one go was the phoenix project.”

— TOR, Public Sector Product Leader
